By downloading, installing, or using RoamQuest ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App.
2. Description of Service
RoamQuest is a mobile application that provides:
- AI-generated city exploration checklists
- Photo check-in features for tracking your experiences
- Personalized travel reports
- Premium subscription services
3. User Account
- To use certain features, you must create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We are not responsible for any loss or damage from unauthorized use
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://roamquest.xyz/privacy
5. Subscription and Payment
- RoamQuest offers a premium subscription with automatic renewal
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings
6. User Content
- You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including photos and checklists
- By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, display, and process it for providing the service
- You represent that you have the right to share such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Distribute malware or interfere with the App's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion
- Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease
- All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
